Bring These Tented Boho Vibes to Your Own Backyard in this Michigan Micro Wedding Style Shoot

Hosting a backyard wedding has never been more glamorous with this minimal style shoot! Tracy of Park Place Design and Maranda of Little Dreamers believed that gathering restrictions due to COVID-19 shouldn’t prevent couples from celebrating on their big day. So, the two put their heads together and created a stunning showcase of backyard boho style!

These soft white and blush colors paired with purple and fuchsia tones created the perfect pop of color. Photographer Laura of Munro Photography went above and beyond to make this beautiful boho scene stand out! “In order to complement the florals, we incorporated an eclectic mix of wood grains, industrial elements and vivid blues to add visual interest,” explains Laura. The industrial accents and bell tent add some unique elements to this shoot that the team is excited to see more of!

Using Maranda’s own backyard, the team proved that micro weddings can happen anytime, anywhere. Laura notes, “We really wanted to show that the setup didn't need a formal venue--micro weddings can fit into anyone's yard and look amazing!”

The Pretty Committee Beauty wanted the bride’s makeup and hair to reflect the relaxed feeling of the day. The model’s dress is sleek and stylish, perfectly merging with the casual backyard vibe while staying true to the glamorous tones of a traditional wedding.
