A Beachy Engagement: The Engagement of Nicole and Joe

Sparks flew when Nicole met Joe at her job at a hair salon. When it came time to propose, the couple took a trip to the windy city for a downtown escape. During a “Sunday Funday,” he popped the big question on the Riverwalk. The “Funday” will be remembered forever!

Nicole’s diamond is a radiant, sparkling gem straight out of a fantasy! She sent Joe multiple pictures of what she wanted her dream ring to look like, but in the end, Joe picked it out himself. Nicole gushes, “I couldn’t be happier!”

After checking out her company on Facebook, Nicole got connected with Ashley from APaige Photography at a friend’s wedding. “I introduced myself to her and asked if she’d be interesting in doing my engagement photos,” she explains. We love this romantic beach shoot!

When choosing the perfect outfit, Nicole explains that she wanted to wear something that would tie in the colors of the beach while giving off a summer vibe. She says, “My long, flowy dress was perfect for our photo shoot!”

This couple is still in the planning process but is excited to center their wedding around a barn theme. “I’m having a blast planning our wedding,” Nicole says. “It definitely has some stressful moments, but it’s so much fun and I can’t wait until our big day!”
