After working a 9-5 human resources job for a few years, Allison decided to make the leap into wedding planning since she had always been passionate about weddings, decor and design. As she worked, Allison got event and wedding planning certified through the New York Institute of Art and Design by 2019. In 2020, she took the ultimate leap and opened her own business, Your Little Details!
