This Golden Grand Rapids Celebration is Full of the Finer Things: The Real Wedding of Keeley and Alex DeBack

Keeley first laid eyes on Alex during a college night out. “He was hard to miss him at 6' 8"!” she jokes. During a surprise birthday trip to Napa Valley, Alex dropped to one knee at a local winery. Keeley says, “I immediately started ugly crying and barely choked out a 'yes'!”

The small, intimate atmosphere of BIANKA Bridal drew Keeley inside. Thanks to the help of the styling professionals, Keeley found her perfect Old-Hollywood style gown! 

What we love

This couple wanted their wedding to be filled with the elegant details--but that's not to say there isn’t room for tacos! “We had this gorgeous, elaborate wedding with fine details and then when the party ended we had Taco Bell cater in,” Keeley says. “We love all of the finer things, but no one is too good for late-night Taco Bell!”

Advice from the couple

Weddings bring out so many emotions. Keeley reminds couples that a simple apology can go a long way. She adds, “Someone's feelings will get hurt along the way, intentionally or unintentionally. You will make it through, and forgiveness is almost always the answer.”
