An Indiana Hometown Wedding: The Wedding of Paige and Andrew Weyler

Paige and Andrew met while attending school at a local bar where many of the students would go to let off a little steam. Little did Paige know that she would meet her future husband. She says, “We just happened to meet each other on the dance floor and got each other’s numbers. Our first date was a couple of weeks later at Little Mexico in Crawfordsville.”

Soon enough Paige and Andrew were planning their big day. They knew that they wanted to get married at the chapel at Wabash College. They also knew that Paige’s mom would be doing the catering and their cake! Paige adds, “From there I searched for vendors locally in Crawfordsville and the surrounding area. It really means a lot to me to work with small businesses, as my mom is a small business owner herself!”

Paige started getting the other details in order. She fell in love with Abbey Elaine Photography from the moment she saw her work on Instagram. Paige remarks, “Photography was extremely important to me. Abbey’s photography aesthetic is everything I wanted for our wedding day!”

When it came to finding the perfect dress, Paige went to Brides by Young. She says, “We worked with Lauren and she was so great! We had the best time trying on dresses and made the process so comfortable.” Paige found her dream dress - a Stella York dress with beautiful sleeves that can’t be overlooked.

What we love

We love that Paige and Andrew included little details like family photos and a bubble sendoff. Paige’s cousin, Joe, was their officiant making the day all the more special!

Paige says, “Stay organized, plan ahead and make lists! This is the best way to stay on track with planning to make sure your day is relaxed for you and your fiancé as well as your vendors. Choose vendors you vibe with the most, who can see the vision for your wedding day.”
