Please tell us a little more about your business.

"I provide hair and makeup for weddings and special occasions.  I have been a licensed cosmetologist perfecting my skills and talent since 1987 and established my mobile salon in 2016. My work has been published and I have won awards for best makeup. I have been freelancing in the wedding industry for the last 15 years and decided it was time to branch out on my own showcasing my work under my name."
 

What sets you apart from others? Why should a bride choose you?

"I love what I do! I get to share in the happiest day of a person's life. I feel it is important to listen to a bride and get to know what her dream wedding is to bring out not only her personality but her beauty as well. I also feel that a bride's wedding day should not be overbooked by her stylist or makeup artist, so my promise to every bride who books my service is to make her day special and all her own. That is why a bride should choose me...to provide her with the best. I am also a photographer, so I think that helps when working with different lighting and the way it affects your makeup."

What inspires you as a hair and makeup artist?

"My inspiration comes from the ability to be creative and to help design a look that flows together into a beautiful bride. From the dress to the veil, the hair and makeup must all come together to tell a beautiful story."

 

What do you love most about helping brides get ready for the big day?

"What I love most is when a bride looks at herself for the first time in her dress with her hair and makeup finished and all you can see is happiness on her face. You know at that moment she feels and looks beautiful."
