Please tell us a little more about your business.

"Events by D. Nicole is an ELITE wedding and event design team. We partner with couples to express their unique personal style through designing an amazing wedding day. Our message encompasses the importance of representing love through design and style. We create experiences that are unforgettable and last a lifetime. We pride ourselves on adding a wow factor that leaves guests feeling like they've been to more than just another wedding."

What sets you apart from others? Why should a bride choose you?

"Our company places more of a focus on how the personalities of the couple can be translated through design. The unique planning process we offer allows for couples to truly tell their love story through design elements. The end result is a magnificent wedding day that leaves the couple and their guests in awe. A bride should be thrilled to partner with us because we believe in serving couples in a capacity that makes everyone feel valued and included. We also pride ourselves in coming from a place of artistry, creativity and authenticity. All of our couples are special to us and we strive to make them feel that way. Not to mention...your wedding day will be amazing with us!"
 

Do you have anything exciting that you would like to share?

"2019 is going to be our focus on pulling in more unique, over the top floral design. We love fresh florals and get really excited about being able to offer something different to our couples. Look for more unique shapes in our designs and room layouts from our team! We will be launching our rebranded website in the first part of 2019 that will have new design/styling options for couples."

What inspires you as an event designer?

"I'm inspired by one particular moment in the wedding day. The first 3-5 seconds when a couple gets to see the final room reveal! In that moment, I get to see the awe and love in their eyes because I made their vision come to life. All the hard work, late night emails and calls, last minute errands don't mean anything once I get to welcome them into their uniquely designed space."

What do you love most about working with couples?

"My favorite part about working with couples during the wedding process is that I get to be a part of them re-introducing themselves as one. Prior to marriage, they are two individuals, but once they say "I do" they are now one. I love getting to help create how their family and friends will now see them. Their wedding day design plays into how they define themselves; be it romantic, classic, boho, trendy, or whatever...I'm honored to be along for the ride!"
