You'll Swoon Over this Scenic E-Session at Black Rocks, Michigan: The Engagement of Madison and Tim

When Tim moved in down the hall at Madison’s college dorm, he quickly caught her eye. She introduced herself and the pair immediately felt the sparks. After two years of being official, the couple went on a hike to the Black Rocks in Presque Ilse Park, one of Madison’s favorite places. Tim led Madison down a trail that ended at a decorated gazebo, where he dropped to one knee!

Madison’s only guidelines for her ring was that she liked silver. Tim handled the rest...with a little help from his family! “When Tim’s family had come up to visit us at college, they managed to sneak away and help him pick out the ring,” she says.

Because the couple is still unsure of the exact details they want in their wedding, they’re taking planning day by day. Madison notes, “A lot of things change monthly with COVID-19 restrictions and guidelines, and making firm plans is difficult right now. Taking time to really learn information about every vendor has been super helpful and I’m grateful to our families and our vendors for being supportive and flexible while planning our day.”
