Do you have anything else exciting that you would like to share? 

"Executive Chef Amber Lancaster is rolling out brand new wedding packages in May of 2018. We are so excited to provide innovative and delicious menus to our couples as well as trailblazing signature cocktails from Sable Kitchen & Bar to couples and their guests on their wedding day!"
 

What inspires you as a hotel? 

"We absolutely LOVE love. Working with couples and their families on this important day is such an honor. No detail is too small and no idea is too big! We are energized by and find the joy of each wedding incredibly motivating."
 

What do you love most about hosting weddings?

"Our favorite part of hosting our couples is that we are able to spend the whole weekend with them, their friends, and their family. As a one-stop-shop everyone checks into the hotel on Friday, we host the ceremony rehearsal and rehearsal dinner. On Saturday, they’ll use our incredible 17th floor Fresco Terrace to have a first look or family photos before moving to the ballroom for their wedding ceremony, cocktail hour, and dinner/dance. On Sunday morning we host brunches for the family and then guest checkout with the BEST memories from a fabulous weekend in downtown Chicago."
