Hello there! I am a born romantic and creative. Whether it is writing, painting, drawing, photographing life, or designing the next space in my house, I cannot get enough of all the beauty this world has to offer. I also love meeting new people, learning about and telling their stories—especially if it’s a love story. Being drawn to the power of the written word and photography from a very young age, it’s no surprise I studied Journalism and Psychology at Indiana University, Bloomington—or that I love anything and everything about weddings!
I am a true Midwestern girl at heart and, growing up, have many fond memories of times spent at my grandparents’ sweet country property or on the shores of Lake Michigan. I also have a special love for the urban life, having lived in both Chicago and then Indy. As a born adventurer, baby-lover, dog-lover, yoga-lover and nature-lover, any outdoor excursion shared with loved ones is my happy place. A warm cup of coffee, perfect fall day, a day at the beach, great book or a good run aren’t bad either. I am absolutely in love with being a new mama and am completely obsessed with my perfect, little guy (although, I can thank the best dog in the world for being my first baby). It’s true. My family makes my heart overflow, and God is still writing my story.
