Kaitlyn Smale | January 30, 2026Luvone Willis of Luvone’s Beautiful Occasions envisioned a theme rooted in warmth, richness and modern elegance for our fall/winter Grand Rapids cover shoot. Guided by the concept “Ember & Elegance”, the shoot's aesthetic leans into abundant textures and a palette that feels like warmth in full bloom. “I drew inspiration from a palette of rich, warm colors that immediately evoke depth and elegance,” says Luvone. The layered design blends terracotta, burnt orange, amber, burgundy and grounding touches of green for a look that is both fresh and enduringly stylish. “My goal was to blend modern and traditional elements in a way that feels both fresh and timeless—pairing clean lines with classic textures, and contemporary accents with heirloom-inspired details,” she explains. The final editorial reflects that harmony—an inviting, layered celebration of color, season and style!
