This Cozy and Casual Engagement Will Warm Your Heart: The Engagement of Lindsey and Nate

Lindsey and Nate were brought together by technology when they hit it off on Tinder. Soon, they knew it was time to take the next step in their life. During a trip to Iceland, the pair went out early in the morning to visit the Blue Lagoon. Nate popped the question on the shore before he and Lindsey enjoyed a morning swim!

Lindsey knew she wanted a gold ring band and a solitaire style, but Nate picked the cut of diamond himself. “I absolutely love the ring and how much it sparkles from being a taller setting,” Lindsey gushes.

The pair wanted to focus on the coziness of the winter season, so they chose casual and warm wear. Lindsey adds, “I honestly didn’t think the majority of our shoot was going to be outside, or I would have been more prepared with a hat and gloves!” 

The couple is planning on a long engagement, and Lindsey admits that some of her original ideas have shifted throughout the planning process. “It’s pretty crazy how much detail goes into these things,” she says. “Thankfully, there are a lot of resources and folks to help keep things organized and top of mind.”
