Please tell us a little more about Abbey Elaine Photography.

"I took a road trip across the United States with my photographer mentor a few years ago. At the time, she was battling an illness and we talked about all things life, struggles, our best moments and our lowest moments. It was through that trip and that time with her I realized that I wanted Abbey Elaine Photography to be more than the images I produced, but a documentation of the free, the brave, good times and even sad times. Our lives at this moment are important and I love that I get to sit in those moments with everyone I meet and photograph."

What sets you apart from others? Why should a bride choose you?

"Abbey Elaine Photography is about more than just the art that is produced, it is about the experience. I live for the moment I get to spend with my couples in the most epic of times. I’m most happy when we truly create together and document the authenticity that is their life at this very moment. Couples choose me because I give my whole heart to them when we are together. I’m also a really great hype woman and love when others feel seen and feel like the babes they are."

Do you have anything exciting that you would like to share?

"My small town won a WeddingDay Magazine cover shoot.* I’m most proud of this because it allowed our small town to pull together and showcase the talent we have here!"

What inspires you to be in the wedding industry?

"I love the wedding industry because there is room for every kind of artist. It is constantly evolving and moving with the end goal of making it the best day for a couple who are madly in love."

What do you love most about working with couples?

"My couples are rock stars with the best stories. There’s something so intimate about a session with two people and a third wheel. Feeling that exact moment when a couple starts to relax and open up with you. The moment they become vulnerable, and we are truly connected. That’s making magic and that’s why I love creating with couples."
