Morgan and Andrew met all the way back in middle school. However, it was not until high school that they went on their first date. Morgan says, "In our junior year we went on one singular date. The date was fine and went well, but being two awkward teenagers nothing came of it besides a strong friendship. It wouldn't be until seven years later until we actually started to date."
Andrew had planned a super sweet proposal at an annual fall festival that he and Morgan always attended. However, on the day of the proposal, it was raining. So, Andrew did the best he could and set up a cute vignette of pumpkins in Morgan's car to still carry out that fall theme. She says, "Sitting there in the back of my messy car was a perfectly made wooden sign with 'Will you marry me?' and two pumpkins–
one orange, one white." Morgan was so excited – and the planning started!
Andrew and Morgan's engagement session incorporates this autumn feel. They knew Cassie Dunmyer had to be the one to photograph them! Morgan says, "I instantly knew I wanted to book Cassie as our engagement photographer because of two factors: Cassie produces compositions and content that are never overdone but maintain an intrigue which causes you to want to look at them more. Also, Cassie wants to help you be the best and make your experience as best as possible. Need wedding planning advice, she's got it, have questions, she's got the answer...Cassie is always open, friendly, and prompt."
