JUXTAPOSITION
"Juxtaposition" was the Circle City Planners & Designers overarching inspiration behind this stylized shoot. They contrasted the textures of the venue and surrounding landscape with unexpected, smooth finishes such as metals and satins. The play between rustic and contemporary was intriguing and allowed the team to showcase styles and designs that aren’t traditionally associated with the Midwest.

PERSONALIZED TOUCH
KB Design did personalized branding for this shoot, drawing inspiration from what makes Traders Point Creamery so special – the cows! Contemporary graphic interpretations of spilled liquids led the way for details such as silver metallic sphere menus adorned with an orchid. Miniature silver metallic spheres were tied with a place card tag and handed to guests on a moss-covered tray. Orange was the dominant color used throughout and pulled from the autumn landscape. Silvers from the worn barn wood to the shiny metallic spheres acted as a finishing touch to completing the juxtaposition.

SUNSET FLORAL
Rustic hues of yellow & orange create a palette of floral that mimics a fall sunset. Mokara Orchids, Arachnis Orchids, Roses, Ti Leaves & Curly Willow are arranged into an airy dramatic grouping. Situated throughout the event space, floral accents run down the center of the table, embellish the  canoe and more.

SERENE SEND OFF
Forget the horse drawn carriage, forget the old antique car…an intimate canoe ride across the lake creates the perfect send off after an evening on the farm.

CONTEMPORARY TWIST
A bright autumn orange felt runner laser-cut with a contemporary circular pattern spans the center of the table. Three interactive magnetic candle sculptures light the table. Twig-like flatware sit on a napkin belly band, which wraps around a nature-inspired patina metal charger. Floral arrangements interspersed amongst the contemporary twists helped to soften the look.

A Classic Party Rental supplied the worn wood folding chairs accented with orange satin chair ties.

MILK IT
Milk does a body good - especially if it’s Certified Organic. Milk is one of many products Traders Point Creamery is known for and helped inspire the details of the theme – Juxtaposition. Traditional wine glasses adorned the table half filled  with classic white milk. Who is to say you couldn’t do chocolate?
