When Natasha Randall, VP of Design & Operations at Unlimited Events teamed up with Brenda Pottinger of Pottinger Photography and Canopy Creek, an elegant yet rustic style shoot resulted. Natasha says, “Our inspiration for the photo shoot began with an Unlimited Events ‘Babcock’ settee. A luxurious, deep burgundy with gold trim was to be the focal point for photos in the meadow overlooking Canopy Creek's pond. It was important to both Canopy Creek and Unlimited Events to highlight the event space and not hide it."

"With the deep color of the ‘Babcock’ settee and the warm honey tone of the venue serving as the inspiration, it was only natural to emphasize the space with a range of hues in the same color family. A warm palette of champagne, dusty pink and merlot paired nicely with the rustic, wooden attributes of the venue," says Natasha.

Dazzling touches such as a nude sequin linen, two different styles of chairs, fresh greenery and sparkling candelabra centerpieces made the tablescapes come alive where the burgundy inspiration was highlighted with double-layered napkins in eggplant and merlot. Natasha says, “On the patio, the color palette darkened as a dusty rose overlay was chosen to top a merlot linen for bistro tables. The cake, which was designed with a muted version of the color palette, was placed on a dusty rose underlay featuring a stunning, modern ivory lace overlay.”

The organic look and feel of the farm was accented with antique furniture vignettes in gold, dusty rose and purple. A simple, white chiffon arch and old church pews beautifully framed the picturesque farm as the backdrop.
