An Organic Boho Lakeside Engagement: The Engagement of Ashley and Benjamin

When Benjamin walked into the laser tag facility that Ashley worked at, she immediately knew he was something special. After years of dating, the pair took a trip down to Florida where Benjamin woke Ashley up early for a sunrise walk on the beach. He asked her to be his wife, and she said 'yes'!

The pair picked out Ashley’s ring together when they noticed a local jeweler was having a closing sale. Even though they found it together, Ashley says that she wasn’t picky about the style. “I truly did not care if I saw the ring before he proposed,” she notes.

This couple captures boho style with ease! According to Ashley, she says her photographer assisted in picking out the outfits to perfectly match their style. She adds, “The look was more light and earthy, just the right vibe we were looking for.”

So far, the couple’s engagement has been going well. “I tend to go with the flow because if something isn’t working out, I will just simply choose something else,” Ashley explains. “The wedding day will never be perfect, but that doesn’t mean that it will be a disaster. You have to look at the bright side of things and find your joy in what you have.”
