If you have ever been to the Southwest Michigan area, then you will know that Froehlich’s (a family-owned bakery, deli and caterer) is a staple food connoisseur in the region. Froehlich’s has been long-trusted by couples and vendors alike in the wedding industry, so when they announced that they would be opening a new venue space in 2019—we all waited in anticipation. John Wagner, the Events and Catering Director, for the new venue named 19 North describes the space as, “Rustic opulence with a touch of rough luxe”. This space is a couple’s dreams come true, so for this Exclusive WeddingDay Style Shoot, the team decided on creating an impressive, deep-hued design with opulent details planned by Unveiled Weddings & Events and captured by Aguilar Photography.
19 North features details like an original, tin ceiling, industrial light fixtures and wood-plank floors. John adds, “19 North offers couples a majestic ceremony space that is turned into a beautiful reception area for dinner and dancing, glassed-in cocktail reception area, built-in bar and a fully appointed bridal suite with a private bathroom any bride will be comfortable in.” Given all the unique highlights of the venue, the team knew they wanted to show off how the space at 19 North delivers modern style with that unmistakable Midwest vibe. The planner for the shoot, Allison Booker of Unveiled Weddings & Events, says, “There were some amazing bones in the structure along with stunning full-length windows. We just couldn’t get enough! We really love blending hard lines of industrial spaces with delicate details to create the perfect ebb and flow.”
