This Taylor Swift Inspired Style Shoot is Full of Vintage and Bohemian Elements

On a brisk May day, talented vendors met up in Cassopolis, Michigan to create a style shoot unlike any other. Brandi of B Graves Photography explains that they wanted a shoot that was part vintage, part bohemian and part Taylor Swift. If that seems like an odd combination to you, your mind will be blown when you see how beautifully everything comes together!

The shoot started with the venue, a restored barn with rustic charm and elegant embellishments. "After the challenges of last year, it felt so good to come together as a team and fill this new space with life," Brandi gushes. We love that the décor easily matches both the indoor setting and outdoor setting! Everything flows together so perfectly. Two unique touches in this shoot were utilizing both adorable baby goats and a newly remodeled 1959 Garway trailer!
 

One of the biggest elements that helped this shoot be so cohesive was the incredible floral arrangements. Brandi raves, "The bridal bouquet with its bright pops of color echoed the design story that was carried throughout the space." If you look closely, you can see the same greenery and flowers incorporated both inside and outside. We especially love that the florist included floral collars for the baby goats in the shoot!
 

Speaking of flowers, look at the floral detailing on that dress! The delicate print is a beautiful accent that doesn't overwhelm the shoot or take away from the bride's natural beauty. The simple but elegant makeup is quite striking, specifically that bold pink lipstick. The longer you look at the hair the more you notice, such as the braid hidden among her large curls. Adding the florals to her hair was a genius idea!
 

"Then came the cake! This amazing cake was the inspiration for the entire color scheme," Brandi admits. Kim from Sugarella's was inspired by the floral dress Taylor Swift wore to the 2021 Grammy Awards. We think she replicated the dress perfectly in this cake design. With those stunning multi-color floral designs, it almost looks too pretty to eat!
