BE MY VALENTINE
HER TURN
As a wedding and event planner, Jessi Haemmerle has helped create memorable experiences for her clients. Now, it was her turn! Meeting through a mutual friend, Jessi and Jeremiah Warner’s elegant intimate wedding turned out to be an unforgettable Valentine’s Day in 2010.
IS THAT A YES?
Jessi was always attracted to Jeremiah’s simple, laid back style. One night, the two were watching TV and Jeremiah caught Jessi completely off-guard. “We were sitting on the couch when he slid off the couch, got down on one knee and asked me to marry him,” Jessi recalls. Full of excitement, Jessi put the ring on her finger and gave her fiance a big hug. Still on one knee, Jeremiah hesitatingly asked, “So is that a yes...?” Jessi admits, “I forgot to say yes!”
AN INTIMATE CEREMONY
Along side her father, with a Celtic bagpipe version of Canon in D playing, in honor of her late grandfather, Jessi made her way down the grand staircase. After seeing Jeremiah, Jessi explains how excited she truly was. “It honestly took me everything I had not to run down the aisle and jump in his arms!” Writing their own vows, with the spectacular view of the city behind them, the two had a close and personal ceremony surrounded by 30 of their closest friends and family.
BE MINE
Jessi did her own modern take on a Valentine’s Day theme with black and hot pink in place of the traditional red and white. Wedding plans paid off as Jessi and Jeremiah’s dream wedding came true. Their classy elegant event was achieved by incorporating hot pink tablecloths, chiavari chairs with black ties, candle lit centerpieces and beautiful flowers topped with pearl pins.
