“We used the Hampton Inn Downtown for our wedding block. We had an amazing experience with the Hampton Downtown! From the beginning, the sales department communicated with us frequently. They would answer our emails within 24 hours. AT THE HOTEL, THE STAFF WAS FRIENDLY AND ACCOMMODATING TO ALL OUR GUESTS. We made gift bags for all of our guests and the staff did a great job making sure all of our guests received the bags. Our guests also used the shuttle to our wedding venue and had a great experience with that. We would highly recommend this hotel for wedding blocks in downtown Indy. We are very thankful for them!”

We offer flexible contract terms limiting the financial obligations to the bride when arranging lodging options for her guests. If a wedding party wants to provide a welcome gift or letter for their guests, we distribute them complementarily. Hampton Inn is a well-known brand guests are comfortable booking with, and we provide many value-added amenities such as a hot breakfast and WiFi. We offer a wide variety of room types to accommodate the bridal party and guests' needs.”

Do you have anything exciting that you would like to share? 

“We completed renovations to our guest rooms in 2019!”

What do you love most about working with couples? 

“As a hotel, we have the opportunity to host the wedding guests the entire weekend, not just during the wedding. It's so special to see the guests arrive at the start of the weekend as they are preparing all their last-minute details. We also have the opportunity to chat with them at breakfast the day following the wedding, getting to see the two families and groups of friends come together. We provide a home base for them during such a special weekend."
