Inspired by Pantone: Cover Shoot at Indiana Landmarks

Jenna Nelson |  May 10, 2016

Influenced by Pantone and executed by a talented team of Indianapolis-based vendors, our cover shoot was designed and delivered to impress and inspire. The name designated to this cover shoot was “Glamorous (Hollywood) Regency” which is a nod to the 1930s era in Hollywood. The vision was to borrow elements from this era while not necessarily re-creating or mimicking the style. Instead, the vendors brought in a new design ingredient by introducing the Pantone colors of 2016 into the décor scheme. By using the time period as a launching pad, Rose Quartz and Serenity added trend to the classic Hollywood theme.

The Wedding Story of... Kaitlyn & Tanner Smale

Kathy Jonas |  January 4, 2016

Tanner, who works at Premier Arts, the resident theater company of the Lerner Theater in Elkhart, had been performing in the musical “South Pacific” when right after the curtain call, the music changed abruptly and the One Direction song “Kiss You” started playing. Everyone in the cast began dancing and passing hearts down the line. The hearts read “Will You Marry Me?” Tanner jumped over the line of dancers at the same time a confetti cannon went off. When the song ended, he got down on one knee and proposed in front of more than a thousand people.
