This Casual Cincinnati Engagement is Simply Adorable: The Engagement of Kimberly and Austin

High school sweethearts Kimberly and Austin were a match made in heaven. The pair built a solid friendship before becoming inseparable as their relationship grew. On a trip to Scotland with their friends, Austin felt like it would be the perfect time to propose! He dropped to one knee in the streets of Edinburgh, making the couple’s trip abroad so much more memorable.

Because Austin isn’t a big fan of shopping, Kimberly dropped many hints to what she wanted from an online seller. She loves the ring he picked! “It is so simple and timeless, the diamond is crazy beautiful I could stare at it all day,” she gushes.

The couple likes to keep things casual, so that was their inspiration behind picking their outfits. As far as what their wedding will look like, they’re still unsure. “We postponed our original date and are still figuring it out,” Kimberly notes. “We definitely want it to be a memorable day for us and our guests, and like to do something more unexpected, but we don’t have an exact picture of what it would be like.”

We can’t wait to see what kind of celebration they throw!
