Emerald Sunshine: An Art Deco-Inspired Spring Style Shoot in Michigan

The design team behind this style shoot wanted to step into another era with a springtime twist, and they pulled it off beautifully! To achieve the Art Deco style, they focused a lot on geometric lines and glamorous details. We are absolutely obsessed with this color scheme for a spring wedding, too! The emerald green and yellow fit together so beautifully, reminding us of rebirth and new life after a long winter. For the décor, the team incorporated plenty of elegant items like glassware, golden flatware, satin and velvet. And the venue was a perfect fit for this design, with its marble accents, architectural details and metalwork!

 

What We Love

The couple looks like they stepped straight out of a time machine! We love the bride's hair cage and elbow-length gloves, reminiscent of the Art Deco era. The groom was outfitted in both a yellow and green jacket, bringing in the fun, spring color palette even more!
