Grace and Jarrod met at a Halloween party...The exact same way Jarrod’s parents met! But family history doesn’t stop there. Jarrod's beach proposal happened on the same day of Grace’s parent’s anniversary. We love how these love stories are intertwined with generations of happiness!
Grace first saw her ring on a post from Pinterest, and became determined to find out who it was made by! After a few days of hunting the web, she found it and has never been happier. “I have always been drawn to the setting of this ring,” Grace says. “It’s like a flower: it’s elegant, handcrafted and beautiful. It’s a statement of his love that I can show to everybody.”
Choosing Cari of Cari Hughes Photography was a choice Grace had made ahead of time. She says she likes Cari's vivid creative eye, and how she works with the landscape around her. We can’t help but agree--the fun is absolutely radiating off these photos!
This couple already knows the theme of their wedding--a garden ceremony, straight out of a fairytale! Grace says, “We want everything to be very natural with that magical feeling of being in a fairy garden.” We’re already excited!
Due to the couple’s large family member count, their wedding has to be a big one. Grace says that keeping that challenge in mind has helped narrow down the vendors that can properly accommodate their big day! She notes, “Our wedding is still a while away, so we are planning it leisurely. We know we want to do a lot of decorating by ourselves. We are going to have it catered, but a buffet seems like the way to go for us.”
