This Indiana Boho Style Shoot Is Full of Gorgeous Jewel Tones

You don’t need to escape into the mountains for an adventurous boho wedding! This ethereal style shoot will let your wild heart soar right here in the Midwest. Tushona Monét, owner of Tushona Monét Photography, and Traci Perkins, owner of Lovelight Events LLC, fell head over heels in love with this whimsical venue. So much so that they decided to create an entire shoot around its atmosphere!

The team wanted to choose the right dress to inspire confidence in their bride. Not only does this simple yet lacy gown ooze elegance, but it also has a surprise pop of blush in the skirt. Simple curls and soft yet dramatic makeup give the bride an effortlessly smooth romantic look.  The groom’s sharp velvet suit tops of the look of this stunning couple!

The jewel tones of the drapery and florals give this shoot a timeless twist. “We wanted deep bold, rich colors to represent the strength and boldness of our couple,” Tushona says. She and Traci brought some extra drama into the shoot by utilizing peacock chairs, a big boho trend.

The more layers in this cake, the merrier! This confection has five layers of a savory maple bacon bourbon sponge, covered with buttercream. Excuse us as we grab an extra slice!

This venue’s woodland greenery, pond and dark wood architecture were big selling points for the team. Tushona gushes, “The mood of the venue is such a vibe, especially at night!”
