After seeing the stunning architecture that exists everywhere in Italy, the photographer used inspiration from her European travels to recreate the romantic vision. Her locale of choice? The Hart-Doyle-Inouye Federal Center in Battle Creek, Michigan, an Italian Renaissance Revival building. The tall pillars, arched entrance way and open space spoke to her heart while the palette complemented the feeling of romance and added contrast.
