What’s better than lush botanical foliage, gorgeous greenery and airy, outdoor views for your big day? Well, some lovely, natural surroundings sound pretty PERFECT, if you ask us! While we dream of all the upcoming spring and summer weddings taking place in the Midwest this year, we thought it was a great time to introduce you to one of our favorite venues—Fernwood Botanical Gardens & Nature Preserve—an alluring outdoor garden venue located in Niles, Michigan.

Please tell us a little more about the venue spaces you offer.

“Fernwood offers alluring garden venues for both ceremonies and receptions. Tucked into the formal garden are intimate areas for small ceremonies of four to twelve people or larger or picturesque vistas that will accommodate up to 300 guests. Tented outdoor receptions allow guests to experience the beauty of the garden under the stars. Indoor reception venues are also available for parties of 50 up to 100 guests.”

“Fernwood's gardens present a beautiful, natural setting for wedding guests and parties to experience. Wedding photos reflect the beauty of the garden, offering a lush, natural backdrop. Fernwood's staff will help customize your event to make it a memorable, lifetime experience.”
