Please tell us a little more about the venue spaces you offer.

“VenueND offers multiple premiere venues across campus at the University of Notre Dame. From the Smith Ballroom at Morris Inn to the Eck Center, South Dining Hall and the new Dahnke Ballroom at Duncan Student Center and Downes Club at Corbett Family Hall, there are a variety of event spaces perfect for any couple. The Smith Ballroom fits around 300 people for a wedding. Downes Club at Corbett Family Hall will also hold 300 people for an event. For those looking for larger wedding reception space, the iconic South Dining Hall can hold 400 people for a reception and the new Dahnke Ballroom at Duncan Student Center can host a wedding reception of up to 580.

In addition to these spaces, VenueND can also assist with the reservation and booking of venues for rehearsal dinners, bridal showers or farewell brunches.”

Are there any perks/benefits included with your venue?

“VenueND, the centralized sales and reservations team on campus, offers a variety of services from assisting with floor plans and layouts to offering resources on area attractions and services. The team also provides on-site event support, can assist with hotel room blocks and arrange for one of VenueND's preferred caterers to provide a customized menu for the wedding weekend”
 

What is your capacity?

“Our variety of venues can host wedding receptions from 50-580.”

Do you have anything else exciting that you would like to share?

“In addition to the new spaces surrounding Notre Dame Stadium at Duncan Student Center and Corbett Family Hall, VenueND can assist with hotel room blocks at the AAA Four Diamond Morris Inn, the only AAA Four Diamond hotel in Indiana, north of Indianapolis.

Couples can also take part in VenueND's ‘Notre Dame Experiences’ for their guests which can include setting up a welcome reception on the field at Notre Dame Stadium to cocktails on the Concourse at Notre Dame Stadium or a special wine dinner at Sorin's at Morris Inn featuring a vineyard with a Notre Dame connection.”
