"They gave me and my family something I can never return...pure happiness, the memories and, most importantly, the love from all of our family and friends being theRE to celebrate our wedding day. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. I can not tell you how much we appreciate all of your and everyone’s hard work. Highly recommended for any couple."

Choosing a venue is so important to every couple. From the atmosphere to amenities - a venue must meet all their needs. Lake Max Meadows, a barn venue located in Culver, Indiana, is one of the venues that is meeting all those needs on a couple's wish list. This venue offers much more than most other barn venues in the region - read on to hear from the owner, Becky Furry, on why!
Please tell us a little more about your business.
"Lake Max Meadows is a refined, yet rustic wedding ceremony and reception venue located in Culver, Indiana. The rustic barns and fields of rolling meadows are unlike any others around and can accommodate both small and large events."
What sets you apart from others? Why should a bride choose you?
"Lake Max Meadows only offers one wedding per weekend to make the venue fully customizable by the couple and so we can focus on their special day. We are honored when a couple chooses our venue for their wedding celebration and want to share in their joy and vision of the start of their future as a married couple. Our "Boat Barn" has a long history and can hold up to 200 guests for a seated reception. We also offer two barns on the property for getting ready and/or staying in for the bridal party or guests."
Do you have anything exciting that you would like to share?
"We are hosting the Northern Indiana Wedding Expo on Sunday, May 19th from 1 pm - 5 pm! Come see what Northern Indiana’s Marshall County, part of Indiana’s Lakes Region, has to offer for engaged couples planning their wedding. Meet the best in the wedding industry all in one location!"
What inspires you as a venue?
"We love our area and want to share it with others. Lake Max Meadows sits on a hill, just 1.5 miles from beautiful Lake Maxinkuckee and offers amazing views of sunrises and sunsets overlooking the fields. We've owned Lake Max Meadows for almost twelve years and were married on our property in 2011. The family we purchased the old farm from had lived there for three generations and we love knowing all of the little details about it. It has been a labor of love to restore several of the barns and also build new ones to improve the property. We know it's absolutely perfect for weddings and are excited to bring guests to our quaint and beautiful area!"
What do you love most about working with couples?
"We love how our wedding inspired us to share our beautiful location with others and how over the years, it will be special to so many people who would have never had a chance to enjoy it!"
