This Columbus Style Shoot is Blossoming with Vintage and Ethereal Vibes

Get ready to swoon with this romantically vintage style shoot! The idea for this timeless display came from Carrie Slack, owner of Stem Floral Studio. “I wanted to really pull from the style of floral design that I truly love that speaks to me very deeply,” she adds. We love the way Carrie showcased her talent for floral flair in this elegant shoot! 

These elegant dresses stepped right out of time! The intricate beading details on each dress paired perfectly with the feathered trim. We especially love the stylized lace in the back! The model's natural beauty was enhanced by the neutral tones of the makeup and a graceful braid.

This historical space was exactly what Carrie had envisioned for a vintage setting. She gushes, “The windows face the west and south side, allowing some beautiful natural lighting. The exposed brick is absolutely gorgeous!”

Carrie of Stem Floral Studio chose a color palette that subtly incorporated the Pantone Color of the Year, Classic Blue while keeping the delicate romantic vibe strong. She chose to create two bouquets--one with a pop of bright color, the other with a softer bohemian vibe. “I have a thing for choosing the style of bouquet to complement the wedding gown perfectly in order to capture the best images with the photographer,” she explains. “I wanted to create a gorgeous focus on each and every bloom with lots of movement in both bridal bouquets.”
