Located in Valparaiso, Indiana, Zao Island is an exhilarating venue made for couples who are searching for a fun space to celebrate their wedding! We looked to Kelsey Hahn, co-owner of White Dahlia Events, to curate the elegant and stimulating design of this WeddingDay Exclusive Style Shoot. Kelsey was excited to style this shoot, as Zao Island is an amusement center. She says, “I was perplexed with the challenge of coming up with a style and theme that would be fun yet elegant—but after seeing the space, I knew exactly what I wanted to do. So, I came up with a Mid-Century Modern theme. I wanted it to be colorful yet tasteful.” With The Greenhouse at Zao Island’s contemporary and vibrant style, it was easy to bring this vision to life.

Styled around the concept of a couple celebrating their very intimate wedding day surrounded by family and friends, Holden and our team infused the perfect mix of color, romance, elegance and whimsy.
