This Outdoor Michigan D.I.Y. Wedding Has Dreamy Boho Vibes: The Real Wedding of Kirsten & Tyler Schipper

Kristen and Tyler were high school sweethearts that blossomed into something more. While on a farm winery tour in Tennessee, Tyler dropped to one knee inside a beautifully decorated barn! 

Kristen had a good idea of what kind of dress she wanted prior to going shopping. But once she was at her bridal appointment, a certain gown caught her eye. “I remember, I kept looking at my dress on the rack and I almost didn’t pick it to try on because I was unsure about it on the hanger,” she says. “I am so glad I decided to put it on.”

The couple wanted a venue that was close to their hometown to make it easier for their guests. We love this dreamy outdoor setting!

We love a good D.I.Y. guy, and Tyler was the man of the hour. The ceremony backdrop and barn doors were completely crafted by Tyler’s hand!
