Modeled after a classic love story from literature, this style shoot aimed to add a level of sophistication to the ordinary. Tyler Toles, the shoot's planner and coordinator says, "The idea behind the vision was definitely a combination between Lucretia (the photographer), and myself. In my heart and head, I had visioned the beautiful flower field as the backdrop with vintage props and signage to add a level of sophistication and unordinary - something that you may not see at every wedding." With this in mind, the team set off to create an autumn-inspired palette using vintage decor and props.

With the venue, The Barn at Blystone Farm, having such a strong outdoor aesthetic, the team knew they would utilize the beautiful landscaping and sunflower field for the shoot. The fall color palette played on the outdoor elements perfectly. The stunning florals are just one example where these deep autumn colors were used. Tyler notes, "We used all silk flowers because we wanted a look that could last Fauxever (pun intended). Danielle Browning has done every photo shoot ever here at Blystone and I’m always falling more and more in love with her work. For this particular bouquet, she focused a lot on flowers that you would typically see in that time of the year with the wheat and protea, all of which are fake."

With vintage themes being so popular with brides, the team aimed to incorporate this trend into the shoot. Tyler adds, "We used a variety of décor rentals from Proparazzi including statues, Victorian furniture, top hats and more." The bite-sized desserts were another trendy addition to the shoot. From sugar-soaked strawberries and cosmic brownie truffles to lemon bars and mini cheesecakes, the delectable treats were all made from scratch from Blystone Farm themselves!
