An open atmosphere meets pure elegance at the Gillespie Conference Center. Able to accommodate up to 600 guests, this Michiana venue is the perfect place to host all your friends and family. The helpful staff is available to take care of any questions or concerns a bride may have, leaving no room to worry the day of your wedding. Please tell us a little more about your business.

"The Gillespie Conference Center is a 15,000-square-feet elegant event space that has hosted thousands of weddings. The ballroom can accommodate weddings anywhere from 30 to 600 guests. Our venue is walking distance to The University of Notre Dame where the beautiful Basilica is located; we are also located on Saint Mary’s campus. Both of these campuses serve as a beautiful backdrop for the couple’s wedding photos."

What sets you apart from others? Why should a bride choose you?

"The Gillespie’s ballroom is very versatile to fit any bride’s style! A newly engaged bride has a lot of questions and worries to make sure the most important day of her life is perfect. The experts at Gillespie Conference Center will make sure to answer any question that comes to her mind. Brides will never have to feel alone when they work with us!"

What inspires you to be in the wedding industry?

"I am a sucker for romance, so I couldn’t think of a better industry to be a part of. I am inspired by every newly engaged couple I work with and the fresh ideas they bring to the table. No wedding is the same; with every wedding comes a different style with their own personal touch!"

What do you love most about working with couples?

"Planning a wedding can be overwhelming and I see the nervousness on the newly engaged faces! Being able to help couples ease their anxiety and become excited about the wedding planning process is something I love. The love that radiates from their faces when we go through ideas to make the most romantic day of their lives come alive is unbeatable. As I work with these couples through the wedding process they become more as friends to me than clients. Seeing all of our hard work come together on the day of their wedding makes me overjoyed and I wish all of them a lifetime of happiness."
