When it came to this shoot, Amy Conklin of Veil of Grace Co. pictured a beautiful couple, beach grasses and picturesque Lake Michigan. Featuring hues of dusty blue, peach and sage, this shoot came gorgeously to life. Planned and organized by Deanna Williamson, the sweet and simply designed scenes featured not one but two brides, boho vibes, a blue tulle dress and all the pretty lake scenes you could hope for!

Amy says, “The flowers of beautiful peach roses, eucalyptus and dusty blue accents were a good choice for the earthy and organic aspects of the outdoor elopement." Beach curls, a flower crown, a smokey eye and a pop of plum lip graced one bride while the other bride wore peach accents to bring out her beautiful, blue eyes. Soft peach blush and a nude lip finished her look.

“The cake was a beautifully designed, three-tier cake with colors of deep blue, turquoise and white,” says Amy.

We think the simple, two-person table is perfectly comfortable for a picnic-style dinner!

What We Love

Amy says, “This shoot captured something different to inspire others to think outside the box. You can do simple and sweet and still have it be beautiful without breaking the bank.”
