Amy Conklin of Veil of Grace Artistry says, “This shoot was hosted by Styled Shoots Across America and planned by Heather Benge Events. She travels to different cities and puts on styled shoots that are world class. They send a style board a month before to give you an idea of the inspiration. I purchased my ticket months before that after seeing the other shoots she created. Once I saw the inspiration board and the colors of pinks, blush, yellow, green and blue, I knew it would be full of spring beauty.”
The gorgeous location is actually a 115-year-old building that has recently been purchased to serve as a wedding venue. Amy was impressed by its terracotta crests, old world charm, stunning water views and beautiful blooms of Hermosas, roses, and Hydrangeas.
The vintage lace dress had a look that was both sophisticated and romantic. Amy says, “The bride, Sara, had long, beautiful, red hair in an updo style with flowers of ranunculus in it. She had a beautifully smoky, soft eye with a deep mauve lip. She had radiant skin and big, gorgeous eyes.”
“The stationery was beautifully designed with colors of pinks greens and blush,” says Amy. “The menu had drawn designs detailing what was on the menu.”
Other gorgeous details included the soft blue and green, two-tier cake with accents of pink flowers and the eye-catching blush vintage couch.
