This Bridal Event is Redefining the Bridal Show Experience - and why one bride says you need to be there next year!

The Gillespie Special Event and Conference Center held its first annual Gillespie Glam event in February of 2019. This event was a fresh take on traditional bridal shows - introducing an elegant concept that allowed brides to be pampered by hair stylists, makeup artists and more on-site! The event space was stylishly set up with lounge areas, cocktail bars and other spaces that let brides truly enjoy their time there with friends and family. Surrounded by beautiful decor from Burns Special Events, gorgeous floral arrangements by Poppies and event design and DJ services by ProShow.

Unlike most bridal shows, Gillespie Glam avoided brides filing through an event space uncomfortably while picking up random business cards and not getting to meet vendors for more than a few seconds. Instead, this event pampered its brides and their guests while they got personal one-on-one time with every vendor. One bride in attendance, Kait, said, “About a week ago I went to my first ever bridal show with my lovely mother, and it was a dream! It had everything, I got my hair, makeup and nails done. I mean talk about being pampered. If you are in the fence about going to a bridal show, go! I would highly recommend it!”
