INSPIRATION, VISION & COLLABORATION
Vendors from Northern Indiana created a stylized wedding photo and video shoot. Wade Breitzke of 27 Entertainment and Holly Russell of Lady & the Lens Photography came up with a concept that combines up and coming wedding trends, outside the box thinking, and (of course) a fairy tale. Vendors helping the vision come to life included: The Allure, Strongbow Inn, Rock Me Mama Make-up, General Rental, Wright’s Flowers, Engstrom Jewelers and Here Comes the Dress.

FAIRY TALE FLORAL
The charming palette included reds, whites and black accents.  Wright’s Flowers of Michigan City provided a dramatic and enchanting entrance into The Allure’s onsite ceremony location.  Dozens of crimson and white rose petals arranged in a tantalizing design led up to an arch of branches draped with rose petals at the alter.  The bride’s two dozen red- rose bouquet was tied together with a satin  sash and crowned with a rustic wooden wreath.

BREATHTAKING LOOK
The bride wore a strapless, lace mermaid-style gown with a scalloped neckline by Enzoani. A deep red, hooded cape popped against the pristine white of the bride’s dress.  This was complimented by fabulous makeup including matted crème eye shadow, a combination of soft powder and a touch of blush,  allowing for the focus to remain on the drama of the eyes and matted bright red lips.  All jewelry was from the Natalie K collection, which included a ruby ring with diamond accents, elegant diamond-crusted white gold hoops, and a delicate diamond cuff bracelet.

THE SERENADE
Italian-style hanging lights and red uplighting enhanced the cocktail reception. Live acoustic music set a romantic and charming  atmosphere. White chocolate strawberry/chocolate caramel cupcakes were a perfect petite treat and the three-tiered lemon cake was decorated with vanilla and chocolate fondant to compliment the design of the shoot and the venue. Red satin ribbon was laid over the bottom of each layer as accent to the pure white of the cake. Each tall table was accented with candlelight and centerpieces made of white roses in a short vase with black feather accents.
