With micro weddings continuing to gain popularity, Anna Delph, intern at the Indiana State Museum, desired to show off the venue's intimate terrace space. She had a dreamy, magical vibe in mind, and selected the color palette of blush and light blue to execute that style. Teaming up with other local vendors was a must to bring this vision to life! Anna says, "I reached out to Autumn Howell Photography and JP Parker Flowers, who then brought Blue Llama Events into the mix. Autumn Howell truly spearheaded the endeavor by bringing her artistic vision to the photo shoot." Scroll on to see more of this cotton candy-inspired, whimsical style shoot!

The private nature of the upper terrace not only offered a chic setting for this luxurious shoot, but also boasted views of the beautiful Indianapolis city skyline. Anna says, "We aimed for fun, dreamy and whimsical, and the terrace touched the cotton candy clouds in the sky, making for a perfect opportunity to showcase the creative lengths one can go with a small event space."

This flowing gown was just as playful as the shoot's theme! "The dress we went with really embodied the whimsical feel with beading and a flowing skirt," Autumn notes.

The shoot's florals complemented the cotton candy theme, while acting as several statement pieces throughout the setup. "JP Parker agreed to create an 18-foot floral runner of light blue and blush pink hydrangeas for the King’s Table, an item they had never created before. This breathtaking hydrangea runner mimicked the cloudy, airy feel of cotton candy," describes Anna.

Additionally, the asymmetrical blooms at the base of the sweetheart table served as a notable showstopper!

The magic continued in this enchanting dessert! The simple, four-tier cake was adorned with light blue and blush flowers cascading down its side. The addition of the clear tier separators increased the height of the cake as well as added a magical, floating effect.
