Get ready to cozy up with this Pine Winter Wedding Style Shoot! Gabriella of Gabriella Sutherland Photography envisioned a peaceful, pine-filled winter wedding to bring in notes of crisp winter. We absolutely love what she’s done!

To give the shoot a bit more of a down-home feel, the team put all the centerpieces on a farm table. Gabriella says, “I wanted a farm table because it contrasted with the pine and red really well. I liked the rustic feel of the farm table because it went perfectly with the venue feel as well.”

This cake is going to give us our sugar fix for the winter! Gabriella envisioned a naked chocolate cake being the star of this shoot. We can’t stop staring at the way the rich pine greenery contrasts the cake’s soft and simplistic icing.

Originally the team had picked out a completely different dress...but found out it didn’t fit during the last minute! Gabriella says that she’s much happier with the dress they ended up using. “ I think that the new dress fit the style perfectly,” she says. We’ll be over here swooning over that lovely strapless neckline! The combination of the bride’s “Elsa-style” braid and the natural tones of her makeup gives us romantic heartthrobs.

Contrast was the name of the game when choosing the venue for this shoot. The contrast of the barn to the couple was the main drawing point for this team. “I’m always a sucker for fences, barns and paths and the fence really brought a great depth to a lot of the images that I was looking for,” Gabriella says.
