Can’t travel to Italy? No problem! This Ohio style shoot will transport you straight to the colorful hills of Tuscany. Beth of Moonstruck Planning and Design wanted to bring Midwest simplicity to an Italian charm. She adds, “My heart wanted to show that a wedding dream can come true wherever you call home - the vision can be created and celebrated!”

Grounding the color palette in the traditional Tuscan colors, the team added elegant touches to make this shoot pop! We love the crystal chandeliers, cocktail glasses and cake topper!

The two gowns individually complemented a unique aspect of the shoot. “The countryside embraced a dreamy, free-flowing dress that gave thought to the landscape, while the fitted, classic dress brought pure Tuscan flair to the 1956 MGA classic car,” Beth notes. We have serious veil envy over that ten-inch long train!

Even though COVID-19 posed quite the challenge, the team was able to create a gorgeous layout on this ranch. Beth adds, “Authentic is the best word for what we were going for! The venue was perfect - it had a pristine nature with upscale and thoughtful amenities! The open-air concept as well complemented both the climate of COVID-19 and yet still embraced the best of both worlds.”

While touching on the trend of an open-air concept venue, Beth believes that bringing two concepts together in an entirely new way is something we’ll be seeing more of! “It reflects that we are all truly one in a time that is unstable and challenging - together we stand and love will always win!”
