Lovely is an understatement in this stylized wedding, a collaboration between Bailey Elle Photography, coordinator Audra Martin of Heart's Arrow Events, and a team of vendors. The team desired to showcase the natural beauty of Indiana with vintage touches while also incorporating some wedding formalities. According to photographer Bailey, they envisioned a lot of natural light, warm colors and bright air.

The style concept was summarized as "Dainty Bohemian" with subtle hints of vintage. The delicate vibe required an intimate outdoor ceremony while the reception aspect of the shoot took place at Rat Pak Mobile DJ’s Venue. Bailey says they were drawn to the brick wall and natural light. "It was too beautiful not to showcase," says Bailey. "Plus, it really complimented our color palette."

The venue triggered the creative details that fell into place one after another. They chose yellow for the base shade while also including touches of orange and white. The goal was to create an uncommon color palette and to reflect the summer-y feel. The floral arrangements by Dogwood & Twine were created based mostly on the yellow color and in-season flowers were given priority. Cream peonies and carnations were used extensively. "The floral garland was entirely made of carnations as a node to Hindu-style weddings, and their durability in a garland context is outstanding!" says Bailey.

One particular wow factor of this shoot is that Audra, the coordinator, actually made the wedding gown, herself! She used mostly tulle fabric and lace for the bodice—it was fitting for the light and airy look.
