This Michigan Style Shoot Sparks Romance Through Handcrafted Love Letters

The theme of a romantic woodland wonderland was chosen specifically for this venue. The lush greenery and candles inspired a fairytale-like setting that Ching Tan, the owner of Design Quintessentials, and her team loved! She explains, “We envisioned this styled shoot in lots fresh green tones highlighted with bespoke elements like a custom handwritten table runner as well as hand-lettered personalized leaf place cards.”

This venue’s fireplace, round iron chandeliers, and natural light helped the team imagine they were in an enchanted castle. “I think it fits perfectly as the venue interior has a lot of beautiful style/design and lots of rustic woody-feel. It’s perfect for what we wanted,” Ching notes.

This lovely couple is already married--and the wedding dress the model is wearing was her own! Paired with the romantic and timeless makeup, this model’s natural look is as glamorous as can be.

Nothing is more romantic than garden roses and soft shades of green. This shoot’s color scheme went above and beyond to incorporate charming woodland vibes through the use of green, white and the smallest touch of blush.

The custom calligraphed table runner made this shoot one-of-a-kind. With the additions of the botanic-inspired cake and brass candlesticks, this whimsical atmosphere is one to remember.
