This Rainy Rooftop E-Session is Filled with Laughter and Joy: The Engagement of Sophie and Trevor

After meeting through mutual friends, Sophie and Trevor started dating. To propose, Trevor took Sophie to a shooting range. Sophie recalls, "When he was ready to propose, he took the weight off the front of our target and gave me a bigger gun to make sure it flopped over because on the bottom of our target was a sign that said, 'Will you marry me?'" 
 

Trevor actually picked out the ring all by himself without any input from Sophie. "I absolutely love my ring because it's very similar to my
mom's ring and I love her ring!" Sophie gushes. We think it is absolutely breathtaking!
 

With a quick search through Instagram, Sophie tried to find a photographer in her area that matched the feeling that she wanted to have in her photos. "I chose purely based on how I felt and also how I wanted the mood to be in my photos as I noticed a lot of photographers have a different feeling/mood to their pictures," Sophie explains. For their outfits, Sophie chose clothes that best represented what their wedding would feel like with both color and theme.
 

Sophie ended up completely changing the plan of what she thought her wedding would be. "I had a very different idea of what I thought my wedding would look like compared to what it will be!" She admits. As far as planning goes, Sophie decided to jump in hard at the beginning, so she can go easy toward the end and enjoy being engaged.
