Retro Romance: An Edgy, 1970s-Inspired Style Shoot

Caroline Betty of Sweet Caroline Photography was inspired by the rock ‘n’ roll vibes from the 70s when she created this shoot with the help of Thoughtfully Designed Co.! The biggest accent of this shoot was that Caroline didn’t want any long dresses, so the brides are quirky and moody instead of traditional. The makeup styles from lovebloommakeup add to the moody vibe. But, you can’t recreate the 70s without bright colors! Caroline made sure to incorporate some pops of color into each outfit. The neon signs from Simply Stunning Creations also contribute to the flashiness of the 70s!

 

What We Love

The broken down vehicles contributed to the allure of this locale. Caroline knew she wanted old cars and maybe even a motorcycle to bring some vintage touches while still keeping the shoot edgy. We think they create the perfect atmosphere for this shoot!
