Kelli and Cody might have attended the same high school, but they barely ever spoke to one another. A few years later, they reconnected with friends at a fair and discovered they had much more in common than what they originally thought! When a relationship sparked, Cody knew it was time to propose. He popped the question on top of a lighthouse in West Palm Beach, Florida!

Lace and a long train are the two features Kelli was looking for in a wedding dress. We love the elegance of the dress she chose!

Kelli and her mom immediately started planning for the big day. They used notebooks, planners and Pinterest boards to keep track of ideas. Being a teacher, Kelli knew she needed to find a venue that had summer availability, and soon she fell in love with Pine View Acres. She explains, “I wanted a venue that wasn’t too rustic, but still had that country, elegant feel, and that I could add in the neutrals and simplicity of flowing greenery, glass and gold. The huge ceilings were an added bonus as well!”

What we love

This couple included a table of their parents’ and grandparents’ wedding pictures to add to the memories being made that day. Kelli adds, “Having all of our family and friends there to celebrate with us on our big day made it so special!”

Advice from the couple

Kelli says, “Take one small moment to just look around and see all of the love that is there to support you, and enjoy your special day! Everything will be perfect!” She also advises hiring a videographer to record everything about your big day to look back on later.
