This Sunset Michigan Dunes Style Shoot Will Have You Dreaming of Paradise

Escape into paradise in this dreamy northern Michigan sunset style shoot! As a Michigan native, Megan Dwyer of Meggy D Photography set out on a mission to capture the gorgeous scenery of a sunset at Pyramid Point. These casual and beachy boho vibes will have you dreaming of a waterfront getaway! 

This lush bouquet is a stunning statement piece that carries the theme of sunset romance. 

Megan wanted to highlight the natural beauty of the scenery around her. “Pyramid Point was really the inspiration behind the shoot to begin with,” she admits. “I found that a lot of people have no clue how gorgeous Michigan can be! Nothing can beat a northern Michigan summer sunset.”

This flowy dress perfectly captures the easy-going attitude of this shoot. Megan explains, “I wanted something with some movement on the beach, and I wanted a color that would not clash with the gorgeous blue water. She had this dress already in her closet! It was perfect, and looked amazing on the beach!”
