Ally had a night in shining armor come to her rescue after an attempted burglary on her apartment. Ally hired Kyle to come and give her a quote for a security system to better protect herself. Kyle might not have sold her a security system, but he sold her on a date!

This couple got engaged in the most magical place on earth--Disney, of course! While taking a family picture in front of the Magic Castle, Kyle surprised Ally with a ring. She had finally found her prince.

One of the first things the pair did was pick out a date for their wedding. With no other solid ideas for what they wanted, they turned to Pinterest and family members to help plan out their special day. Narrowing down the vendors via social media, Ally picked White Willow Farms because it made her day feel one-of-a-kind. “I love the idea of a barn wedding but I didn’t love how the brown barns looked in photos," Ally says. “The white was just gorgeous. It still gave us that cozy barn feel, but it looked so polished at the same time.”

Ally found the style of this dress online and fell in love with it when she tried it on in person. Ally gushes, “As soon as I came out of the dressing room and turned to look at myself in the mirror, I knew it was the one. My mom and sister just sat there shaking their heads with their jaws dropped, and we all started crying.”

What we love

We love how sweet this wedding is--literally! The couple had a candy bar filled with Oreos, M&Ms, cake pops, muddy buddies and even bought an ice cream wedding cake from Dairy Queen. Yum! They were also able to be the first outdoor wedding at this venue. Talk about trendsetters!

Advice from the couple

Ally advises brides not to fret over the little things that go wrong the day of. “The only people that really know all the details of the wedding are you. If something doesn’t go as planned, there is a ninety-nine percent chance that nobody will even realize it. Also, prepare yourself for the bittersweet feelings a few days after the wedding. Nobody warned me that I would have some sadness once the wedding was over. You plan so long and put so much energy into one day and when it is over, it is a very emotional feeling.”
