Timeless Elegance in Grand Rapids, Michigan: The Real Wedding of Nina and Steven Neumann

After hosting a wedding in Germany in 2022 for Nina's family that wouldn't be able to make it to the US for their big day, Nina and Steven got married...again! Since they let the beautiful German scenery inspire their first celebration, they wanted the second one to go a different route. They utilized inspiration photos to send to their vendors to make sure their wedding was what they had in mind. Envisioning an elegant and timeless wedding with plenty of romantic details, they decided on a unique venue with opulent touches like chandeliers and a wooden wall accent. Nina also chose a stunning classic gown that fit perfectly with the vibe of their day! 

 

 

Advice from the Couple

"One piece of advice—it is never too early to start planning. The last few months before the wedding flew by so quickly, and it was very helpful to have taken care of so many details beforehand. My husband and I have never gotten professional pictures taken and we were very nervous to be in front of so many cameras. We chose a photographer and videographer who could guide us through poses and made the experience fun. We were even able to take engagement photos and an engagement video to feel more comfortable before our big day. I highly recommend doing this since it also allowed us to capture memories of the engagement phase."
